The kokugos split. Not an auxiliary verb. We now use suf for "動詞の連用形の下に付いて" senses. 倦きる is in daijs, koj and nikk. Should be rK. I think 倦る can be dropped.

倦る also has another reading (あぐねる). Given 倦きる is already super rare, I imagine 倦る is even less likely to be read あきる, so [sK] seems preferable to [io]
