      The current definition says: 旁 【つくり】 - right half of a character when the left half is its radical. The part "when the left half is its radical" is false and should be omitted. 旁 is simply the antonym of 偏. While 偏 refers to the group of kanji that their radical is on the left hand side, 旁 is the group of all right hand radical kanji.
