gikun is applied to readings, not kanji. ideally, things like gikun would refer to mappings between readings and kanji, but as it is now i can't mark ふき as gikun only with respect to certain headwords. and since it isn't a gikun reading with respect to the main headword, i can't label it at all. (closest you can manage is ateji or iK on the kanji)
