      Actually, I do think you're right looking at this again and the daijisen definition, it really usually refers to rubber water bottle but used for cooling rather than heating, or a plastic version of that. Maybe this works to clarify?

      Adding more natural English translations for this. Honestly not sure if "ice pillow" should be included, I don't think it's ever a common English term for this. Google images for "ice pillow" shows actual pillows with cooling technology
