I often find it a bit difficult to choose a tag for those. GG5, RP, Chuujiten and GakkenDaijiten have [anat]. Sankoku and Oukoku have [biol]. As for the english terms, Cambridge has [med] for both "mucous membrane" and "mucosa". I think [anat] is probably the best fit here.
