If it had be "a tent" I wouldn't have edited. Just saw used as "to put up a magic barrier", the result was a translucent spherical "aura" surrounding two unconscious people, about the size of a tent. So it matches "to put up a tent". But it just popped into existence, and doesn't seem to match sense[2] otherwise... hmm.
