Added senses based on what they have in Daijirin mainly. Unsure if I got sense 2 correct or not (saw other dictionaries use "innoculate"). And I'm not sure what's the right word to use for sense 4. One example from DJR is 「かつらに毛を植える」 which sounds like "to plant hair into a wig" or something like that.
