If it's not [n-pref] then I think it needs to be [adj-f]. I note that we use [n-pref] for a lot words where prefix usage isn't mentioned explicitly in the kokugos.

I think it suits some sort of pre-nominal POS pretty well. Maybe adj-f (noun or verb acting prenominally) would be better?
