I don't understand what "3-3-3-1 rhythm, done three times" is supposed to mean. I don't think it's necessary to include though.

Basing gloss off of 一本締め and adding an xref. Is there support for this being used at the beginning of something, rather than the end? The Wiki ref and daijr both say it's a type of 手締め, which they both say are used at the conclusion or completion of something.
