      The ~100 sentences are mostly the"best" sense. I'll approve and reopen as I need to index some.

      I'm not sure it is the most common sense. As a predicate adjective, definitely, but 最高 is used in all sorts of contexts. Most of the JE examples are for the "highest"/"maximum" sense. To me, it feels more natural to lead with that sense. All the JEs do.
