We could also just add たま[gikun] to our entry for 弾丸.

Sentence #210962 in tatoeba ("その犬は弾丸のように去った") has been indexed to this entry in the 'JMdict_e_examp' file because 弾丸 was added here as a search key.

Our entry for 弾丸・だんがん has the same meaning as this sense 05. I don't think it's worth mentioning in here in a note. These sorts of oddball gikun readings are a standard and flexible feature of Japanese.
