Better to lead with the more regular loanword.

I think this needs at least two senses, one dedicated to "blender". I don't generally consider "mixer" a synonym or alternate for "blender". A "handheld mixer" and a "handheld blender", for example, are completely different items.

Notes at the xref. chatgpt on other sense (I have not verified): Yes — ミクサー has several other, well-established senses, depending on the field. Here are the main ones: 1. Audio / Sound Engineering 2. Construction Meaning: concrete mixer truck. 3. ミキサー broadcasting/film vision mixer (role/equipment)

Daijs has ミクサー but redirects to its audio/video mixer sense on ミキサー. It appears to be rare even for this meaning.

For ミクサー GG5 just has the electronic meaning. RP has both ミキサー and ミクサー with multiple meanings. I think we can have a straight merge and hide these forms.
