As K. Birch said, sense 2 is only ケロケロ. I suggest dropping ゲロゲロ from here and adding a croaking sense to our ゲロゲロ "vomiting" entry. The kokugos have them in one entry. I don't think ゲコゲコ should be hidden. It's a completely different form. I'll make a new entry for it.

The sense of "autotuned" only applies to the spelling ケロケロ. Suggestions for related entries could be ケロケロボイス (auto-tuned voice; hard-tuned vocals; robotic vocal effect; the Cher effect) and ケロる (to sound auto-tuned; to be hard-tuned); the latter of which is often used causatively as ケロらせる (to auto-tune; to hard-tune).

The sense "auto-tuned" is in common parlance, and the phrase ケロケロボイス can even be found on the Japanese Wikipedia article for Auto-Tune: https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/オートチューン The term is also explained on a few publications like this: https://utaten.com/live/kero-kero-voice/
