it's an adv+verb entry and a confusing one at that. rather than trying to inprove the entry, it's easier to improve the overall quality of the dictionary by excluding this entry from it. suggesting deletions isn't an act of vandalism, it's an important form of housekeeping. JMdict has a lot of problematic and questionable entries. I don't think the instinct to keep everything just because it once was let in should be quite so strong. |
