Proposed split from entry 1184160 (下がる). I think it breaks the 2/3 rule in that entry since there is no overlap between 下ル and the other senses of 下がる.

Changing the [exp] part-of-speech tag to [suf] so that we may omit the "as ～下ル or ～下" part of the sense note.
