It was hard to find much info on this word. It looks like it probably comes from a contraction of この畜生. It's part of the title of Ken Noguchi's book １００万回のコンチクショー, which I saw translated as "A Million Curses", and I found it in a book where a character is muttering frustratedly to himself, which is in line with the first reference link, where someone describes it as a curse word you say to yourself, rather than at someone else.
