I see what you mean, there's loads of modern examples on massif and reverso, on top of those you've linked.

I assume [arch] was applied because it's only in nikkoku and koj.
Koj cites 日葡辞書 and nikkoku has examples ranging from 969 to 1875.

Most of those that have an author linked on yourei are from around 1950, but those on e.g. massif are all 21st century usage.
Probably remove [arch] for now and see what other people think.
