| Comments: | sankoku says adj-na, but looks like adj-no that can be used adverbially with に. I'm certain I've discussed another term like this recently. In fact, if you look at eijiro, there's two pages of collocations with に meaning "separately", and one explicit entry 形容詞 with の, and zero examples with な。 https://eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=別個 For jmdict's purposes, I'd say the most useful move would be to strip [adj-na] from this entry, and then created a dedicated entry for 別個に = "separately". |
