Most of the kokugos have "Inglez" as the source (Nikk is an exception.) I feel having both is best.

Not sure what the merit is of having the old spelling of this word. The pronunciation hasn't changed. It's a bit jarring, as a Portuguese speaker. Also, it's not a proper noun in Portuguese, so no need for a capital letter at the beginning.
