[sens] is most often here applied to profession names, health-related things, and descriptions of death. I can't actually find a single entry (other than this one) that is sex-related, with the tag. [apart from prostitutes, which belongs to profession names.]

that being said, I don't find the word exactly vulgar either. I guess it might be reasonably be used for a three-player mode in a video game. |
