	Comments:	There is a general "looping" [vs,vi] sense beyond programming. encountered as ループする廊下, a looping/circular/repeating hallway. Googlable phrase. Here's a pretty unambiguous blog about ループする会話 https://ro-man-tei.jp/publics/index/51/detail=1/b_id=114/r_id=5876/ I'd probably translate as "talking in circles". I might also say "repetitive", but it's a verb here, so "repeating". daijs uses 繰り返す, so that seems fair. In English, a rail loop is unrelated to the Japanese ループ線. To me it points at something like the Yamanote line. A circle rather than out-and-back.　　In a bus context, ループ線 seems like it may also have that definition... https://bigbuild.vic.gov.au/projects/suburban-rail-loop daijs lists two other [abbr] entries besides rail loop, and they both seem reasonably legitimate. We don't even have ループジャンプ currently to xref.
