I think those 副 tags are for the English glosses.

ルミナス - [副] (寝る直前に) (just) before 「a person goes [going] to bed; (就寝するころに) at bedtime.
  Comments:
Strictly speaking, the adverb is 寝しなに.

Saito: ねしなに〔寝しなに〕
〈副〉At bed-time; before going to bed; the last thing at night
  Comments:
Firstly, yes I agree with your point and [n] should be first, but couldn't it be both?
If I say "寝しなにチャイムが鳴った" couldn't it be "The doorbell rang just as I was falling asleep" and "About to go to bed, my doorbell rang"?

meikyo: 寝ようとするとき。また、寝入ったばかりのとき。
  Comments:
It's not an adverb. に indicates a point in time.
