i think that かんぱつ should lead and [ik] be removed it might have been born as a mistake but it's the much more common reading now (sankoku has かんぱつをいれず and doesn't say 誤り anywhere, it has a separate 間、髪を入れず entry)

most of the dictionaries mention it and it seems to be a very common mistake so I thought having the note wouldn't hurt. I also read it wrong the first time I saw it. I guess most people do hence the notes. you are right "broken up" might not be the best way to say it, it's just what I could come up with and I'm also not a native.
