We could split, but I think the "ok" on ぐわい is really sufficient.
The n-gram count for 具合い is surprisingly high. I suspect many people are just using it for what should be 具合.

we could also split this into two entries: ぐあい with 具合い/工合い as [io] and ぐわい as an [arch] entry with all four headwords
