      I hadn't realized we had split out 起つ and 発つ as well. I understand the reason why and I understand the advantage of keeping this in a separate entry too, but I'm a little uncomfortable how we don't have a clear policy we're following here.

      I think this being folded into 立つ is fine now that we can tag 勃つ as sK and add a note instead of doing a million restrictions. It seems consistent with what we're doing recently.
