Last time I remember seeing this discussed in an entry (can't remember which one, but I came across it fairly recently) Johan removed the
n-pr tag with an argument much like Robin's, and Jim approved it.
I wouldn't mind dropping n-pr but then again I want to bring over both plenty of entries and the tags from jmnedict (like I suggested I
think last year on the editor's list), e.g. I'd want this to be [n][company] or [n-pr][company] |

Ideally, all the proper noun entries would be tagged appropriately but as it stands only 27 of them are.
Maybe it would better to retire the n-pr PoS tag. I don't think it looks good having it on the odd entry here and there. |
