Saw the comment ちっさ(an entire sentence) contrasted with ちっさくねよ! Not as common as ちっちゃい, but hardly uncommon it seems. It would be nice if there was a shorthand for "abbr of related term, all senses". Though I'm not sure if this is actually all senses of ちいさい. Maybe probably? I can only say for certain that it applies to voices as well as small objects. It seems likely to be emphatic, but maybe it's just style/dialect. We don't mark おっきい as emphatic in any case.

For the second sense, at least: ちっさい声 657 We have this ちっちゃい 1029128 80.6% 小っちゃい 31393 2.5% Not this ちっさい 138371 10.8% 小っさい 7439 0.6% Or this (also adding) ちっさ 22429 1.8% 小っさ 5370 0.4% From 2010, there's a whole long exchange on what dialect this might or might not be... seems inconclusive 「ちっさい」は方言? https://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q1141952686
