      You make a good point. It gets quite a few hits, but it's always accompanied by an explanation. Could be grounds for rejection. I don't know if there is a policy on what entries are worthy of inclusion. Probably better to reject it not to clutter up the dictionary.

      This word is not used in Japanese. The few dozen hits it gets on Google are merely explanations of what the term means.
      
      Literally any non-Japanese word can be written in katakana so a Wikipedia article by itself is not evidence of usage. (Indeed, this article is just a direct translation of the English original).
