Worth the x-ref to 吟遊詩人 just for people who come to look up the band name "遊吟", if nothing else. I don't see any indication that 遊吟, as a noun, can represent the performer without 詩人 attached. It also seems extremely rare outside of the band name, with the kanji out-of-order from the common term(below). There is a prolific band by this name ("Yugin") from which all the n-grams spring(or nearly all). http://yugin.jp/ Song listing: https://www.uta-net.com/artist/6897/ not in sankoku, not on wikipedia, and the usual order for this term is 吟遊, not 遊吟 (see: 吟遊詩人). 吟遊詩人 208702 85.4% 吟遊 31168 12.7% 遊吟 4649 1.9% Mostly the band, I suspect. Certainly google only returns the band. Interview with the band says "This term comes from 吟遊詩人", and means traveling around the country while singing/reciting poetry.
