i don't know, the 女性差別 makes me think that 'sens' might be appropriate. calling a female police officer a 'lady cop' sounds a bit dated, but i wouldn't call it 女性差別, so i think that in certain circumstances (such as in front of job titles) 婦人 may be considered rather worse than that
