nikk says it's also 形動, but doesn't indicate whether it's na or naru.
Aozora isn't very helpful as occurrences of 巧な are either read as たくみな or have no ruby.

Since 巧み can be spelled 巧, I guess 巧み【たくみ】 and 巧【こう】 can be unified with the intermediate form 巧【たくみ】. However, 巧 is irregular okurigana for 
the たくみ reading, but not for the こう reading, and there seems to be no way to indicate this. So I submitted 巧【こう】 as a separate entry.
