  Comments:
the way that i read daijs is the other way around.  (i.e., 祝う applies to all senses except 4&5, whereas 斎う applies to all senses)

koj has these headwords merged together (斎う leads) with no restrictions/comments.  (however, it does have restrictions in its entry for いわい 【斎・祝】)

we have いわい entries merged without restriction, so i'd say we can leave this one be at least for now

I don't think 斎う belongs here. In daijr it's a separate entry (with different definitions). In daijs it only applies to archaic senses we don't have here. Take it out?
