I don't think トロ works as a suffix. True there is a derivative word like
豚トロ, to extend the meaning to pork. But that doesn't mean トロ
means any fatty meat. トロ by itself is restricted to tuna meat. I
believe the sense [2] should be removed.
In any case, "fatty ..." is not an appropriate way to describe a
meaning. It should be something like "Fatty portion of any meat" |
