<upd_detl>prime minister entries do not seem to follow a common format
i propose "prime minister of Japan from X to Y" (or "since X"), in cases of multiple mandates "from X to Y and from A to B"
i could be wrong but generally "prime minister" does not seem to be capitalized unless it follows the name of the PM</upd_detl>
