<upd_detl>I have encountered twice now in the God context, with people trying to understand tragic events. ("Is this just God's will?")

"The will of God" use is fully 50% of uses of this term. We even have an entry for 神の〜.  I think "will" should be in the glosses for people who don't think to do a phrasal lookup from 神.  Since it's 50% of uses, I think it should be an early gloss.</upd_detl>
