<upd_detl>I have not amended the above because it may be that "とりあえない" has too few hits on Google for inclusion. However, I think that the inclusion of the alternative readings sometimes helps the searcher to better understand all. Especially, when "ず" is itself usually the alternative.
Also there are quite a lot of entries in the combined which could be deleted, e.g.,
とりあえず (adv) first; firstly; foremost; first of all; first off; JWN-00102736-r
とりあえず (adv) for the moment; for the time being; JWN-00054327-r
取りあえず 【とりあえず】 (adv) for the moment; for the time being; JWN-00054327-r
取敢えず 【とりあえず】 (adv) for the moment; for the time being; JWN-00054327-r
取りあえず 【とりあえず】 (adv) first; firstly; foremost; first of all; first off; JWN-00102736-r

<upd_detl>There appear to be 3 senses when you combine those listed in daijr and daijs.
---
1) first of all (第一に)
2) for the time being (さしあたり)
3) right away (すぐに)
---
Daijr contains senses 1 and 2.
Daijs contains senses 1 and 3.
---
Looking at example sentences, I don't see a lot of difference between 1 and 3 so I've combined them. Others may disagree. Feel free to make changes.</upd_detl>
