Encountered discussing a dog with a bald spot.  In fact, 頭頂 autocompletes in google as 頭頂部, and 頭頂部 autocompletes as "頭頂部 薄毛", so this seems particularly useful for discussing people's bald spots.

Image search for 頭頂部 is *all* hair loss images.
