I think a usage example would be very helpful. Just quoting an english wikipedia article with no reference to a japanese word whatsoever isn't helpful. Was this encountered somewhere? If not I don't think it's needed.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Unless there's some other reference we missed I don't think this should stay. The wikipedia article where "male gender imbalance" is taken from doesn't mention チンポジウム. So how do we know this is it's meaning? The only mention I found of this doesn't even attribute "male gender imbalance" to this.</upd_detl>
