<upd_detl>The field reference for "chemistry" is confusing (I would suggest, incorrect), since the term "psyllium" a) refers to the seed husks of certain plants called "plantains", such as Plantago psyllium or Plantago ovata and b) denotes plants in the subgenus "Psyllium" in the genus "Plantago" (plantains); Japanese "オオバコ". However, you may have a better gloss in place of the encyclopedic content I provide here. :)</upd_detl>
