<upd_detl>I know there's a cross reference to 混一 here, but it seems to me that as a mahjong term 混一色 is very commonly read ホンイツ and so this entry should have that as a reading. Do you agree?

The input method on this tablet also offers 混一色 for ほんいつ, for whatever that is worth.

<upd_detl>I think the title in the jannyumon article is a typo or at least written in an informal style.
They also have articles for 緑一色（リューイーソー）and 字一色（ツーイーソー）which use the expected イーソー reading for 一色.
Some people might read 混一色 as "ホンイツ" as a sort of informal, idiomatic (gikun) reading but I think it's a bit unusual and not worth recording here.</upd_detl>
