If you google it you'll get a mountain of pictures of one character from the popular anime Frieren. She says it at a comical moment (using magic to see through a man's clothing...). But Frieren didn't invent it. Funny the relationship between ちっさい (I just added this)、小さな and ちっさ. Various online comments claim ちっさ is an [abbr] of ちっさい, which may be true. But that doesn't seem to change the fact that this has also turned it into [adj-na], in parallel with 小さな (which looks a lot like 小さ[adj-na] with an obligatory な, where the stand-alone term must become 小さい... But ちっさ can stand alone.). The usage was a simple exclamation "it's small". Is this an [abbr] of [adj-i], or is this [adj-na]. Or both. Or maybe it's a parallel derivation (shortening of ちっさい, an emphatic form of ちいさな).
