<upd_detl>I have most often seen すら in the form/context of ですら.  The jmdict currently has an entry for さえ/すら and an entry for でさえ but at the moment doesn't have one for ですら.  Note that I just copied the cross-references from でさえ, so please adjust or delete as necessary if they're incorrect (I did change the first xref from さえ to すら).</upd_detl>
