<upd_detl>"きそう" comes up as many entries, but not in the context of the usage in the text which I was reading. When the "に" is added, nothing comes up. However, Google search reveal a great deal and your [A] link shows a good number of examples which match context of my reading.
I appreciate that "な" and "に" are not usually in the main entry, but perhaps there is a need for some exceptions when the main part is the same as the reading of so many other entries.
Anyway, I hope that is helpful. At least, you will know the journey which I took from the travelling dictionary to your site in order to find a basic meaning in confirmation of my initial thoughts. Of course, one can look up "き[気]" and then "そう" and try to blend meanings, but the one who does not know would not end up with a certain outcome.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I can't see an entry coming out of this.
I tried the passage in MeCab/Unidic, and it got "来そうに". I see plenty of hits for "来そうにない".</upd_detl>
