Russian source words

Should we give Russian source words (as in ザクースカ, ボルシチ, etc.) in Cyrillic or Roman letters?
Currently there are 41 entries with Russian source words.
38 use Roman letters and 3 (トカマク, ナロードニキ and ペチカ) use Cyrillic letters.
Here is a link to a list
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/525329/JMDict/russian_source.txt
It is a tab-separated text file with the Russian source words in column 4.

There are many systems for romanizing Russian; see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanization_of_Russian
Our current practice seems to follows BGN/PCGN; see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BGN/PCGN_romanization_of_Russian

I propose we make it an editorial policy to romanize Russian source words and to use BGN/PCGN.
