Drug names: JMdict or JMnedict?

As people who follow the edits going on in the dictionary
will notice, an anonymous contributor (*) has been proposing the
moving of a large number of entries from JMdict to JMnedict.
Most of these are quite OK and conform with the guidelines.

One set he/she has identified are drug names, e.g.:
セレネース /(n) Serenace (Japanese brand of haloperidol)/

I'm comfortable with these moving to JMnedict/enamdict, but
I thought I'd just see if anyone wants to make a case for them
staying where they are.

Jim

(*) most people use their names or a nickname. Recently there have
been a lot of edits proposed without a name being given. The edits are
of a pretty good quality, i.e. they are almost all worth doing and the
person/persons obviously know what they are about.
