Nils, thanks for the suggestion of creating a Wiktionary Appendix page for these. That would probably be the best place to have these collected and logically arranged after all. I'm thinking maybe I should arrange them as follows:

[Book of The Bible]

   [Chapter]

      [Gikun (alphabetically by kana)]

         [Kanji]

            [meaning]

               [# of times used]

How does that sound? Do you have any ideas on how best to arrange them?
