I've got all three together now. The number of 3-way intersections
is not high - it includes entries such as
漱石枕流 (そうせきちんりゅう) (n) (yoji) sore loser stubbornly
refusing to admit being wrong and adhering to the far-fetched argument
and
狡兎三窟 (こうとさんくつ) (n) (yoji) very shrewd in preparing
a means of escape; being very good at escaping danger

Quite a few cases where Kanji's list matches one or the other of the
other two, but not both. Also quite a few where the Shinmeikai and
Hanntaigo lists agree, but we have no entry, e.g.

爬羅剔抉 (in Kojien and Daijirin)
滄桑之変 (Kojien, GG5, etc. have 滄桑の変).

I'll have to program an intersection map, since the lists run into
thousands of compounds.
