New tags added

As discussed earlier on the list, I have now added four
more tags to the JMdict database/DTD:

[yoji] - a "misc" tag for idiomatic 四字熟語
[mahj] and [shogi] - "field" tags for mahjong and shogi terminology.
[unc] - a PoS tag for terms that can't be classified according to a regular
Japanese PoS.

I'll have a look at adding the [yoji] tag en masse to the 3,000+ entries
that are in this category.
