New language merging examples

A while back I posted about the revised system I've
implemented for merging in the glosses from other languages.
There is a run done daily against each language file so any
changes and additions are caught. My daily update log gives
some stats about this.

As we add entries to JMdict they often match up with one
in one of the other dictionaries, especially Wadoku. I noticed
the following entry, which was only put in by Rene earlier today,
has already matched with a German one.

<ent_seq>2812950</ent_seq>
<k_ele>
<keb>旧情を温める</keb>
</k_ele>
<r_ele>
<reb>きゅうじょうをあたためる</reb>
</r_ele>
<info>
<audit>
<upd_date>2014-04-01</upd_date>
<upd_detl>Entry created</upd_detl>
</audit>
<audit>
<upd_date>2014-04-01</upd_date>
<upd_detl>Entry amended</upd_detl>
</audit>
</info>
<sense>
<pos>&exp;</pos>
<gloss>to renew an old friendship</gloss>
<gloss xml:lang="ger">alte Beziehungen auffrischen</gloss>
</sense>
</entry>

Good to see it working like that.

I was puzzled for a moment as to why the entry had
been amended, but I think the database treats the approval
as an amendment (which it is.)

Cheers

Jim
