Closer integration of examples with new jmdict system.

I don't expect that there's much of a lul in work on the dictionary
system as such, but at least the big hurdles involved in switching
over have been passed.  Anyway, I think this would be a good time
to bring up ideas for improving the integration between examples
and jmdict and making it a bit more transparent.

I suggest that the jpn_indices.csv file

produced by Tatoeba should be checked when they are updated.
A log of errors and warnings could then be produced each time the
file is updated.

Jim and I both (separately) do our own set of checks, but the
process isn't open to other editors and there are things that could /
should be checked that don't get done (often) due to the large
amount of manual interaction required.
